About this coffee

Named after the year the trees were planted. This Catucaí lot from Fazenda Paraíso in Ibiraci undergoes a natural aerobic fermentation that draws out the dark sweetness of molasses, the warmth of caramel and a smooth vanilla finish. Light-roasted to let the fermentation character shine through.
