Before you start

  • Set up your AeroPress inverted
  • Add the ground coffee

    Bloom: pour to 30 g, stir 5 times → 30 g
  2. 0:30
    Pour to 180 g, stir 5 times → 180 g
  3. 1:30
    Flip and press slowly for a minute
  4. 2:30
    Done

When it's done

  • Wait 20–30 seconds, then serve and enjoy
