Steps

Before you start

  • Preheat and invert the AeroPress, with the plunger pushed in about halfway

    Pour 90 g and stir hard to break every clump → 90 g
  2. 0:15
    Cap on, steep
  3. 1:30
    Flip and swirl so no grounds stick to the sides
  4. 1:35
    Press slowly, right through the hiss
  5. 2:00
    Done

When it's done

  • Top up with warm milk, steamed or frothed if you can
