The traditional Vietnamese coffee dripper, known as a Phin, is a small, reusable metal brewing device that sits directly on top of a coffee cup. Combining elements of a pour-over and a French press, it yields a dense, full-bodied brew that pairs perfectly with sweetened condensed milk to create traditional Vietnamese iced coffee (Cà phê sữa đá).
