About this coffee

Tea-like body and citric acidity, with black tea, citrus, peach and floral notes. From the Uraga washing station in Guji, southern Ethiopia, at around 1,900 m. Smallholder farmers deliver their cherries to the station, where the coffee is washed and sun-dried.
