One of our all-time favourites: a full body and a long, sweet finish. From smallholder farms in Sidamo, Ethiopia, the birthplace of Arabica coffee, at 1,800 to 2,000 m. Farmers bring their cherries to a central washing station, where the heirloom varieties are fully washed and sun-dried.
