Mistura Fina means 'fine blend' in Portuguese. Each season we select the finest Red Catuaí and Mundo Novo lots from Matas de Minas and blend them into something greater than the sum of their parts: deep cocoa warmth, roasted chestnut and a subtle red apple sweetness. Medium roasted for balance, rich enough for espresso, nuanced enough for filter. Limited edition.
