About this coffee
Hot, it starts with a medium-high acidity reminiscent of grapes and blueberries, accompanied by a lighter body. In the aftertaste, stone fruit appears, accompanied by a floral note that lingers and adds more complexity to the cup. As it cools, the acidity decreases and the sweetness of caramelized almond becomes increasingly prominent.
