About this coffee
Forget what you know about decaf. Mandarin acidity, sugar-cane sweetness and notes of red fruit and chocolate, with 99.9% of the caffeine removed. Grown by 75 smallholders around Popayán, in Cauca, Colombia, at about 1,700 m. Caturra and Castillo, harvested from May to July, washed and dried on raised beds.
